Ingredients
- Probiotic Greek yoghurt
- Manuka honey
- Fresh berries
- Almonds
- Chia seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Optional: turmeric orginger
Method
- Spread a thick layer yoghurt onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sweeten it with a drizzle of honey.
- Next, add a variety of toppings that are known for their immune-supporting properties. Fresh fruits such as berries, which are high in antioxidants and vitamin C, make excellent choices. You can also sprinkle nuts and seeds like almonds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds, which provide essential nutrients like zinc, vitaminE, and omega-3 fatty acids. For an extra boost, consider adding a sprinkle of turmeric or ginger, both known for their anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing properties.
- Once you've added your toppings, place the baking sheet in the freezer for a few hours until the yoghurt is fully set.
- Once it has hardened, break the bark into pieces and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
