Protein-Packed Pancakes

These are such a yummy way to start the day and are packed full of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 30g vanilla protein powder (or substitute with the same amount of flourof choice and a dash of vanilla)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup of cottage cheese

Method

  1. Heat frypan on a medium heat. Blend all ingredients in a blender untilwell combined.
  2. Grease pan with butter and add heaped tablespoon of mixture onto the pan.When air bubbles come to the surface, flip and repeat.
  3. Serve with yoghurt, coconut yoghurt or cream, maple syrup, berries orour homemade jam on our website.
