How do I manage my subscription?

You would have received an email from us when you first purchased your subscription with details on how to manage your subscription via Stripe. You can refer back to this email or visit https://stripe.com/au to login and manage your subscription. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@thewholesomebox.com.au

Does my The Wholesome Box subscription automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel, except for one-off box purchases. Subscriptions renew on the same date of each month from your original purchase date. If you don’t want your subscription to auto-renew, please cancel before the renew date via your Stripe account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When you purchased your first subscription you would have received an email from us with details to access your customer portal via Stripe. Please refer back to this email to access your subscription account or visit https://stripe.com/au to login and cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@thewholesomebox.com.au

Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds on our lunchbox kits for change of mind. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please email us at hello@thewholesomebox.com.au.

How do I pay for my subscription?

We direct debit your chosen payment method each month before your box is sent.

Can I select more than one dietary preference for my subscription?

If your little one has more than one dietary concern, please email us directly at hello@thewholesomebox.com.au and we can assist with your request or simply add a note to your order when you complete checkout.

What dietary options are available?

We offer dairy-free and gluten-free options for our boxes. If your little one is egg or nut-free, we try to include swaps with each recipe to ensure there are options for all families.

When will my box be delivered?

Boxes are shipped via Australia Post and will be sent out on the same business day of your original order day every month unless another date is specifically requested.
