Ingredients
- Large handful of frozen yogurt
- 1 cup probiotic rich yoghurt
- Pinch of ground cardamon
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Squirt of honey (optional)
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- ½ tsp camu camu
- 1 cup milk of choice
Method
- Throw all ingredient in a blender then serve.
