Summer Vibes Mango Lassi Smoothie

A smoothie for afternoon tea is a great way to nourish the kids and keep them full until dinnertime, with healthy fats and a dose of probiotics from the inclusion of a probiotic-rich yoghurt. This take on a classic mango lassi is what we’ve been having on repeat these hot afternoons after school…

Ingredients

  • Large handful of frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup probiotic rich yoghurt
  • Pinch of ground cardamon
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Squirt of honey (optional)
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp camu camu
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Method

  1. Throw all ingredient in a blender then serve.
